Meet Fatima

As President and Founder of Welcome Home Real Estate, Fatima Sena leads a team who specializes in all aspects of real estate.

Fatima has worked in the real estate industry for the past 20 years. Born in Newark, New Jersey to first-generation Portuguese immigrants, she learned firsthand the value of hard work and perseverance. At the age of seven, her entrepreneurial spirit was kindled when she helped her parents run their first family-owned business.

Growing up in the inner city, she also learned the value of grit, flexibility, and humor in dealing with challenging circumstances. She was soon put to the test when she worked several jobs to pay her way through college and later became the first woman in her family to earn a college degree. Witnessing a strong need for medical care in her community, she worked for several years in an inner-city hospital clinic that provided critical services to those most in need. In 2000, shortly after their first child was born, Fatima and her husband moved south to seek the warmth of the Florida sun and fertile ground to plant family roots—they fell in love with Palm Coast. A mother of two handsome young men, her youngest a local city firefighter and her eldest, who proudly advocates for newborn rights.

Fatima launched her real estate career in 2000 and continued to increase her knowledge while working for large, well-respected real estate corporations such as Century 21 and Berkshire Hathaway. In 2016, she grew to new heights and decided it was time to take her passion for the industry and launched her own real estate company, Welcome Home Real Estate.
